Detailing at Car dealer not safe?

Going to let the dealer detail my car for a second time today (for free) cause it looked like crap the first time... But I hear with all of the water restrictions that it CAN come out worse, and some times scratch it. Anyone had any problems with this from the dealer?

Thanks

Well for the last couple months we have had water restrictions... I heard that because of this the dealers are doing a 1/2 butt job when cleaning cars.... Has anyone had any problem with the dealer scratching or using bad products on their car to save a buck or two?
Thanks
