Help!

Im not too sure if this is in the right topic but, i have a 1995 Civic EX and there is almost nothing wrong with it. When i took an auto mechanic class it wasnt like cosmetics or anything (obviously). It was all in the engine. So i know almost nothing about fixing the exterior of my car. I just need to know if there is any way of fixing these few problems myself or if i should just take it to a body shop.

this is on the side above the passenger side rear wheel:

This isnt a major problem and could probably fix myself but just dont want to **** anything up

This is the passenger door handle:

and the last problem is the hood. I couldnt get a decent picture to show what was wrong so ill explain it. The hood doesnt always close. It takes a couple tries and you really have to get lucky. My guess is the latch is messed up and probably need to move something. Any idea on what to do?

Thanks in advance for any help

Re: Help!

Rust above the wheel wells is a cancer for hondas...The best way to deal with it, unfortunately is to cut away all of it, replace with some sheet metal and bondo that in and repaint. Job for a body shop definitely. For the door handle, you could try some 3m glue. Just make sure you use it somewhat sparingly and apply some pressure to it for 5-10 minutes after you stick it in there. If some excess drips out, you can use lacquer thinner to wipe off that stuff. Dunno about the hood. GL
