Help: Nasty Bumper Crack Solutions

I'm trying to fix this myself at home. I can't afford to go to a blood sucking autobody shop. I need some tips on this. I've read about plastic wielding and permatex(?) as well as some basic procedures. This is my particular case and I need to know more.

The longer crack seems to be around a whooping 7 inches long :S

Help?

Re: Help: Nasty Bumper Crack Solutions

When i cracked up my bumper I got some Long strand fiberglass stuff in a can that you mix up! and some bondo body filler. I used vise grip like tools to hold the bumper in its original position and filled the cracks with the bondo. When it was done i flipped it over and used all the fiberglass on the back(put it all aaround the crack and make it THICK(you cant see this) and sand down the bondo and paint the sanded spots and it will be as good as new: )
