Tire Sealer Explosion!

My cousin had a can of tire sealant sitting on his rear deck and low and behold, in the sun, it exploded. Sealant is all over the windows and its dried and hardened, he can hardly see out the rear window. I offered to help him clean it up, what can be done about this?

get a clay bar kit, they sell them at autozone or walmart ect.... Wash the car again, spray the clay lube all over the rear deck, rub the clay gently, flip the clay and repeat until the sealant is gone. Use the same process on the windows. Yes, clay can be used on windows just dont let the lube dry up.

Actually some 409 and alot of elbow grease and rags will work as well. If its on the seats or carpet, those will probably need a heavy steam cleaning.

it was tire sealant, the temporary fix sticky stuff you put in the tire when you get a leak, so fix-a-flat I guess.
