Does anyone know the best way to get that 3M body panel adhesive off of my car.

I was using to hold on my Xenon body kit. I took off the skirts for winter and now I can't get the damn tape off

goo gone will work pretty good for it, Spray it on and let it sit a few minutes then sue elbow grease to rub and polish it out

I've tried some goo gone and it is not coming off.

What is this sue elbow grease you speak of?


What about using a clay bar?

I believe that that they meant "some elbow grease" Try using a bug and tar remover. Clay bar may or may not work, never tried it on tape.

I thought he meant just good 'ol fashoned elbow grease, but who knows these days will all the retard names for product...
