Is it just dirty? Outside or inside? Have you used non-ammonium based cleaners? Water? microfiber cloth? Orange clean degreaser? Finally if nothing works rub it off with meguiar's clear coat body scrub. Its for paint but should work on glass.
Wat do you use to protect ur dash. I find that if i use a greasy protection product.. it evaporates onto the glass and i get this hazy **** everywhere. If u use anything like that, or my preference and chemicals at all on dash... try holding off on it once u get the windows clean.

i use armorall original on the dash and it doesn't evaporate. I stopped using it on the door panels because the rain water would cause it to run and make a mess.

on the inside of the front windshield.... first, i clean it with some invisible glass or nxt glass cleaner with a microfiber cloth (get most all the film). second, i'll spray some glass cleaner and work it around all the area once again and take a small squeegee and wipe it clean (clean excess with the microfiber). it works for me everytime!

I know what you are referring to. I had a customer with a 7th gen civic and she had this film on her back window, on the inside. It didnt matter how many times she cleaned it, it would come back. So she brought the car to me and I used white vinegar, and a terry cloth towel. It really came out nice, and she never had the problem again
