hmmm location i guess..
dont use the brush.. ever.. use a toothpick or a needle.. do it on a warm day in the shade that way the bumper/hood are not hot to the touch.. just do a lil at a time.. and take yer time.. it will turn out nice.. then just use masking tape and news paper to cover everything but the tiny area you just painted and hit it with some spraypaint clearcoat... then wax the crap out of it..
i had a HUGE chip on my hood (almost the size of a dime).. now you can only see it if you know to look for it..
