That's the brand. It comes in a spray can and looks kinda generic, but on the back says NO petroleum distillates. I got it at Advance auto parts

Do you guys clean your tires before you put this tire spray stuff on? Because my tires are grimey, they are like really brownish...and the tires stay black for like 2,3 days and then back to brown and grimey....and the thing is it's not like i drive in dirt or anything...only highway.

You're supposed to soap them and let dry before applying dressing, but there's no way I'm doing that. I just spray and go

Spray them with Eagle One A2Z first, let it soak a few minutes and hose it off. Let the tires dry good and then spray it with your tire shine product.

Okay that new stuff I tried is also very good on other things. I wiped the rubbers around the moonroof and it doesn't make any squeak at all. Before there was lithium grease and it didn't help one bit.

That is what I like to hear! I got a can to try out last night and hope to test it tonight and do some long term test on it to see how it holds up.

Ok, I got Shiny Monkey on the tires. It looks good and went on easy as do all aerosol sprays. I will let you know how this looks in a week.

Different dealerships use different stuff. All depends on the suppliers that they choose to use. There is no set standard by Honda for detailing products.

I am the head of the detail shop for my dealership. I prefer to use Pro products, while some other local dealerships prefer to use Car Brite products.

As for the tire gel we use at Honda, I posted it earlier.

www.zainobros.com

This is the only waxing/washing system materials you will ever need for your car(s). No, I don't work for them, nor do I know anyone who does. I've been using Zaino products for years, and their tire gloss, and other waxes and cleaners are by far the best I've used next to Meguiars products.

Do you own a Supra? The Supra guys LOVE Zaino for some reason. That is cool that you found a product line and stuck with it. I always have to buy all types and use them just to try out.

I used Eagle One the other day on my tires. Seemed to work well. i used the applicator they recommend with tires. tires were none greassy and a decent shine. i think more than one apply would have looked better.

I use the Meguiars Endurance tire gel. Works really well and lasts too, even after getting wet.

I was watching a detailing show on T.V. and the manager of the shop said that the best shine for tires that last is regular motor oil...just rub it in and repeat two or three times that week...after a that, only one application every two is needed.
