Question Removing Pinstripe and Door Guards

When I bought my Civic a little over 2 years ago it had a pinstripe and those door guards on it. Well as of the past couple weeks both things are starting to come off. Anyone have suggestions on how to remove them neatly? What should I use to remove the adhesive from the door guards?
Thanks ahead of time for any useful info

i just recently removed mine as well...i used a heat gun to remove the pinstripe tape and then some goo-gone to remove the excess adhesive...

for the door guards i just yanked them off and followed-up with some more goo-gone...

after everything was removed...i cleaned the car like this:
wash
paint cleaner
clay
polish (twice)
carnuba wax (twice)

*cant even tell it was there even after 2 years*
