if its just garage dust and its not horrible grab a cali duster and dust it. Then after you have dusted the whole ride get some meguiars quick detailer and detail that biatch.
I washed my Civic in my parents garage while visiting them over Thanksgiving. I did have to pull it out into a rain storm to rinse it properly with a hose(the neighbors gave me some double-takes as they ran from their car through the rain into their house).
The floor of the garage was wet and soapy after I was done, but a few sweeps with a good push-broom made that go away.
I also used the opportunity to clean the paint, as well as seal(Nu-Finish) and wax the car before the serious snow, ice, salt, and cynders start flying.
Under no circumstances will I take it through any car wash other than the spray-it-off-yourself type.
Best,
Pol

It is safe to use the duster on a black car, as long as it is just surface dust. Vinh why dont you bring the car to a detailing shop and have it washed....then pull it back into the garage and throw a coat of glaze, and then wax on it....
