Angry cleaning winshield grim off ...

ok how many people have this film on your winshield where your wipers are when it rains... I have used vinegar and water with newspaper as the towel , windex, rain -x and who knows what else to try and get this stuff off. When I wash my car it still shows where the wipers have been. the rest of the winshield is all clean and repelling water just like it was waxed .... I want to know what everyone uses that may get rid of this ???

Note: I have changed blades and it does not make a difference

I, too, would likle to know about this and how to get rid of it.. I noticed it the other day when it rained, well.. it wasn't really a rain I guess. It was more of a mist? But either way, how do you make it go away?
... after reading what I just typed, shouldn't this be under detailing?

Voiceofid is an unknown quantity at this point
it usually goes away for me after i clean it with invisible glass and put a new coat of rain-x on it

then again, i don't use my wipers a lot, like 10 times a year
