okay i was trying to wash my car today, and my rims were dirty and as i was washing my rims i could not get the front right rim clean...at first i thought it was mud, but it is streaks of this light brow liquid stains and i cannot get them to come off...i tryed scrubing for a while with my rim cleaner and it did not want to come off....any sugestions? it almost looks like oil

try goo gone or some 3m adhesive cleaner, it should take it right off without harming your wheel.

yea somone told me try CLR, but then somone else told me it may take off my finish
