washing new painted bumper

washing new painted bumper
i washed my car yesterday evening
and i looked at it today morning..
i found that my rear bumper which is newly painted about 2weeks ago
has a huge amount of swirl marks on it..
its not kinda swirl mark but its more likely i ruined my new paint..
i used meguiars deep crystal car wash and turtles mitt..
i washed my car two times after the painting which means once a week for two weeks
i dont kno what caused this..
any idea?
and will it be gone after i polish and wax it after 3 months?

Rep Power: 396 Well i would take the car back to the body shop and ask them whats going on....it may be that the paint needs to be polished out
