![Question](https://www.civicforums.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
can i use the meguiars all natural shine that i use for my interior for some of the trim on my exterior? i am talking about the black rubber/plastic lining on the windows and the black plastic on my LX mirrors.
i think all natural shine has some kind og UV protectant so it would be nice to protect those reices from the sun while the car is out of the garage and on the rode. but i am not certain if is chemically safe for it to touch the paint.

all that aerosol **** man, i know it's gotta be harmful to the paint.
i can bearly stand using invisible glass on my windows. hell i spray it on a terry then wipe my windows, i am afriad of spraying it directly and having bits of the chemical spread around. i only do on the inside 'cause i don't wanna accidently get it on the paint

The natural shine is fine for your trim. It won't last that long, but it won't hurt anything. IMO the natural shine is a good choice for the $.
If you are paranoid about the aerosol stuff then no need to use them, stoners makes high quality products though.....

yeah thanks guys i will look and see. there's a good autoparts place within like a 1/2 radius from my house. my wonder is if there's any chemical solution in the solvent for trim peices which will damage my paint or clear coat.
where the hell's civicdude, i thought he'd be on this thread by now since he's a pro and a mod...
but i will look into those products. i have stoners invisible glass btw and it works very well. doesn't fix my foging like the penzoil co fog wipes but it rids streaking very well.
