Manual transmission search

Hey guys
I have an 03 ex civic 5spd manual
Tranny grinding while in gear therefore need a new tranny . But these models are not wanted as much as I like them .
I'm looking for a tranny that will bolt right on to a d17a2.
Any suggestions
Second if I do a swap which ones are preferred ? K series or b series ?

There's no other compatible transmission. It's D series only. 2004-2005 are better than the earlier ones, though.

This applies to the automatic trans. If you have a manual, I believe they're all identical, so buy whatever you can find.

PS: You did not even say if it is manual or auto trans...
