Turbo'd 7th gen
okay, i like these smaller companies and i like them more b/c HKS and GReddy could not do it.
(HKS gave up b/c they could not get it street legal and is only selling the manifold and i got a reply from GReddy that they havnt even started and sounded like there not going to try) I dont care what amount of HP it gets on what boost b/c there will be nothing else to get these cars more "serious" power unless you do an engine swap.
I do know now that im trading my auto for a manual now.

the fuel cotroller is an interal self reffrencing neumatic fuel modulater put inbetween the fuel line and the fuel rail.it is very simalliar the the fuel controller on the rolls rocie jet enjine used inthe gulfsteam4 excutive jet.the nice thing about using aircraft tecnoligy is it is usaully well tested for reliability and consitancy

Yes, that is THE stafford fab. kit. We are Chroming the intercooler piping so we will have pictures of that later. I just posted this so some people would be happy about the manifold, since it is the hardest part.
I still don't like the info given about the fuel system. How can you not add bigger injectors, and or raise the fuel pressure to get adequate fuel with boost. You can only raise the injector pulse so much and even then its not doing at much as it can without raising fuel pressure. What about the stock pump. Its going to become limited very quickly.
If the stock pump has enough volume capacity, but is pressure limited, then an inline booster pump could utilize the volume to increase pressure. I think this is what he's talking about, in effect. Besides, the boost for this turbo appears to be on the low side, and not a super biggie that would also require beefed up engine internals. It seems to be more of a street car application, rather than a full race setup. IMHO

You guys dont get how the fuel kit works. It DOES up the pressure as you make boost. I am not gonna say how, because it is complicated to explain, and the developer doesnt want me to tell. But the fuel system does work, and you all will see as soon as i get my piping back from chroming/duplication.

To answer Bartkat's question an inline booster pump like what you are talking about would only boost the pressure to a set amount all the time. This would cause the engine to run rich all the time thus giving you shitty gas mileage and poor performance. Stafford's kit lets the stock pump handle the pressure and flow functions until the engine enters boost when his kit takes over and works exactly like an F.M.U. The cool part is that it does it on a car without a return line. This lets the car run just like stock until the boost comes on then keeps it just slightly rich all the way to full boost.
