Hello all Just wondered if anyone has any suggestions I'm completely stuck now. Car cranks but no fuel or spark. All the ECU pins are showing the voltage they should. The following parts have been changed. ECU with immobiliser off, Fuel pump Both fuse boxes including the relays, Crank sensor Both cam sensors have been tested, Engine loom has been swapped, cannot see a dealer immobiliser. (There are two cut wires under the seat where I guess it was) The fuel pump works if the relay is manually operated. It is also receiving a signal from the ECU. There is no communication to the ECU through the obd port. The main relay clicks and works as it should but the fuel pump relay will not work on its own.

Can anyone please recommend anything else I can try?

This is a K20a2 swapped EP3? Or are you outside the US and it's the stock engine?

How did you turn the immobilizer off? KPro?

A scanner not connecting to the ECU is where I would start. Check power/grounds. There is a main engine sensor ground on the intake manifold.

It's a Hondata k100 the immobiliser was taken off by cpl racing.

I've have checked all the grounds including the main sensor one which is now located on the valve cover.

The thing is, the engine will crank without the ECU even installed. With no spark, no fuel, and no OBD communication there's no way to know if the ECU is working at all.

This is the original ECU with the immobilizer removed? If the ECU or engine wiring are for a different model, there may be differences.

I understand this I have also tried a proven kpro4 ECU with no luck. I will keep searching and hopefully find the problem. Thank you for your help

Interesting. Immobilzer was disabled in KPro I assume? See if you can talk to it over the OBD port. Or through the Hondata software via USB cable. That will prove if ECU is powered properly.

Same again, still no communication. Says the ECU has no power yet the pins are getting battery voltage and the grounds are good too

I am yes. I have pulled a wire from the ECU (plug A) for the torque sensor 1 and now the car attempts to start so at least the ECU has power now. Just trying to sort the no start issue. One thing after another 😂

Hi did you manage to fix this in the end ? I have the same problem and I’m getting no where In fixing it , can’t communicate with the ecu , have power , grounds and signal everywhere I should , fuel pump won’t prime on ignition, car cranks but obviously doesn’t start , all relays and fuses are good , have replaced interior fuse box also
