how to take headliner and pillars off civic 2002?
Hi,
I got a civic 2002 sedan and i would like to suede the headliners and pillars but I'm not sure how to take them off
any idea?
I know I need to take off the sunvisor as well but I can't seem to get a way to take them off

The headliner isn't hard to remove from where it mounts you'll find its more difficult to get it out of the car once you have it dropped without damageing it.
I'm going off of a good guess beacuse i've done an 03 accord headliner not to long ago, eh one honda is another.
-Remove sunvisors, should be 2 phillips screws in each one and the rest is snap in.
-Remove all 4 pillar trims, they just snap right in, no screws
-I believe you have to remover the inner seals for your car that go around each door, or alteast pull the part of the seal that goes over the headliner.
-Remove the dome light lens, 1 phillip screw inside the the housing sound come out
-I think the rest is just snapped in, just pull and pry gently to you feel a tension area and investigate it using common sense and you should be fine
