immobilizer not recognizing key after removing tumbler
I had to remove the tumbler myself to get it fixed but after reinstallation, the immobilizer doesn't recognize my keys, including the spare. Sadly, I cracked the immobilizer piece when I was trying to remove it carelessly and I don't know if I may have broken the antenna. As you can see the crack is right next to the cylinder. Any hints on what to do?
The locksmith arrived and couldn't fix it. He said it might need a new immobilizer but he's not sure.
