Keyless entry NOT working.. help!!

Keyless entry NOT working.. help!!
I pulled out the battery to put a fuse into my wires.. and now my keyless entry doesn't work..
my unlock button work.. but the lock button doesn't work on my remote..
the little red light still flashes.. i try reprogramming it to my car but it doesn't work.. ONLY the the unlock button work and the panic button work..
