Shop "Couldn't align my car"
Shop "Couldn't align my car"
I have an 01 Civic Sedan and the alignment is off and I've taken it to a shop but they said something was bent with no further info. It was in a wreck but nearly the entire front end was replaced, the driver side tire has negative camber and the passenger is positive, is it possible I just need to adjust my front subframe, is that even an option on these cars, any help is greatly appreciated.
Re: Shop "Couldn't align my car"
Not a DIY, moving to correct section.
Adjusting the subframe isn't an option. You have to find out what's bent, the shop should tell you why they couldn't do it. Could be a strut, knuckle, control arm, or even the subframe itself.
