Replacing the power steering return line 2002 LX

Replacing the power steering return line 2002 LX
The metal section of the return line from rack to reservoir is rotted out, and I need to replace it. I can't figure out an angle to get a wrench on the fitting that threads into the rack, and can't see anything to remove that would give me better access (well, short of removing the rack itself, that is). Is there a way to get a wrench on there that I'm not trying? Do I need to go out and get a flare nut crows foot--because that is the only thing I can think of. Don't want to bother if it isn't going to work either though. Any help appreciated.

Stubby wrench? Maybe a crows foot, reinstalling you do have to go as tight
