New Rotors, New Pads = Still shuddering

This weekend I changed my rotors and brake pads on my 01 coupe. The two screws that hold the rotor on were seized so i had to use a torch to loosen them up. After all this work my brakes still shudder when i brake. What else could be wrong?? I was really gentle on the new hardware so I do'nt think they are warped already. Is there anything else that could cause this vibration. It only happens when braking and is worse when I use moderate pressure. It goes away when i apply full pressure. Any ideas on this situation??
