05 Civic surging RPM
I recently replaced the engine in my 05 civic. Everything is running good other than when I start it, the idle is high then starts to bounce between 1500-3000rpm. It seem like it's the ECU causing it. If I rev it up to around 6k, the rpm will then go back down to a normal rpm and the idle is fine until I turn it off and start it again.
