2001 manual clicking in first gear when letting out clutch from stop

I have a 2001 civic lx manual as a gas saver it has recently started making a sound like a card in a bicycle spoke when letting off the clutch and accelerating in first gear. It also does it in second sometimes going really slow or at low rpm’s. When in nuetral and sitting with the clutch pressed in it makes no noise and when I let off of the clutch it kinda sounds like a slight rattle in the transmission. It still shifts like butter though no problems there. So is it the input shaft bearing, throw out bearing, or do I just need a new clutch kit. 165k miles original clutch. Any help would be appreciated guys.
