Don't know what to do next...

Hello. New to the forum but hoping I can get some insight to what is going on.
I have a 2003 Civic LX. It started overheating so did a couple things but here is the break down...It now has a new radiator, new water pump, timing belt thermostat. It was throwing p0135 and p0141 codes so changed both O2 sensors. One of the bolts on the thermostat housing seems to be stripped so I have it tightened as much as possible But the car is still overheating. Also when I turn on the heater it blows cool air not hot. What on earth could be the issue? Why is it still overheating? Please help. Thank you.

Headgasket, very common on these cars. Probably easier and cheaper to dump an engine in it
