Overheating don't know why
Overheating don't know why
I've done a compression test and it's good.
New thermostats installed.
New waterpump installed.
New radiator installed. (Previous owner used stop leak)
Bypassed heater core to see if it was a clog issue didn't change anything
Put in a dual fan setup from a parts car cause mine only had one fan. Flushed the engine with a garden hose got gunck out then ran clear water for like 5 min.
I noticed fans don't stay on long.
It over heats when driving not at idle.
Any idea what it could be. I hooked everything buck up right and their still no hot air out the vents internally. Oil looks fine. No bubbles in radiator.

Re: Overheating don't know why
What's the coolant level in the reservoir doing? Bad headgasket? The last 7th gen I had could idle for hours without any problems but if I drove it 2 miles down the road the reservoir was almost overflowing. It was a bad headgasket.
