Replace chip in ECU is for AC? 01 Civic Coupe EX Manual

Hello, does anyone know how to replace or which chip to replace in 2001 Honda Civic Coupe EX Manual the chip inside the ECU for the AC switch ?? I’ve trouble shooted my ECU and trying to figure out if this is possible before getting it reprogrammed or a whole new unit. Thankyou !

the only thing you can program for the 7th gen is the keys. only re writable part is the idle.
concerning replacing chips, have not seen anyone attempt it
