Air leak sound, few seconds after engine is turned off [solved]

Getting a strange air escape sound coming from around the pcv valve area.
Had just replaced pcv valve and hose. The hose was cracked and I thought that was it but the air escape is still ongoing.
Other issues I'm dealing with are the fans not activating. Replaced coolant switch and temp sensors with Duralast AutoZone brand and still no luck. I'm going to return it and buy a different brand. Following comments that had similar issues with it not working.
Radiator cooling fans work with AC on or by doing a bridge on the sensor connector.
Fuses are good.
Vehicle is 2005 civic lx 290k miles.
Already went through the head gasket once about 100k ago. Hoping it will last a little longer.

Always get the oe parts when it comes to honda and electronics.
air leak noise might be normal, maybe the evap system.

Do these 2005 civic have Ambient sensors?
I don't know what else to do for the radiator fans.
Thank you very much, I appreciate it

No ambient sensor that I'm aware of.
Denso should be the correct brand.

For some reason the Duralast switch had burn marks and I ended buying a Carquest brand at another auto parts. Everything good and back to normal.
Thank you for helping on this and your time. 👍🫡
