Do I have a 1.7L engine?
People,
I have a 2001 civic ex, but not sure what size engine. Looking for new spark plugs, and not sure if it matters what size- 1.7L, 1.8L, 2.0L engine? Maybe it doesnt matter? How can I tell?

The only engines you'll ever really see in that body is the 1.7, which is what you have. I think the 1.3 hybrid might've been available but they're pretty rare.
The 2.0 is only available in the Si hatchback. The 1.8 is the generation newer than your car.

hi
two places to verify
1 look on the driver door pilar for honda factory plate for info
2 open the hood and look on the fire wall thats behind the engine and also
look under hood for factory plate or label for engine info
