2003 Civic EX 5speed oil leak

There has been an oil leak on my Civic for a while now. Finally decided to crawl under there and see if I can spot where it's coming from. I found the location of the leak however I don't know the identity of the bolt / plug that the oil is coming from. Can anyone identify this for me? It's on the bottom rear of the engine, straight above the oil pan where the oil drain plug is. If you could tell me sizing and torque spec for this bolt that would be awesome. I'll attach a picture.

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

It's not leaking from that bolt. That looks like an oil pump O ring leak to me. Part 17 in the pic below, part number is 91308-P3R-T01. It's like a $2 part but isn't an easy fix. Timing belt has to come off, oil pan removed, oil pump removed.

Thanks a lot! Just talked to my mechanic and he said to clean up the area and add some dye to confirm where the leak is coming from. Replacing the o-ring would definitely be a PITA!!!!

The same leak I fixed in our 05 LX 5 speed. I had watched it drip for several years until deciding to do the timing belt, crank, and cam shaft seals along with that oil pump o-ring (also recommended to do the water pump, if it has not been changed). The garage floor has been dry after I fixed up the oil pan gasket/bolts that leaked after this work.
