04 Civic ex 5 speed stalls after 3rpm anytime I accelerate and I get past three it's almost like I'm in the wrong gear it starts stuttering stalling I have to slow back down and try again but I cannot go past three three and a half anybody know what this might be also but I go to take off it's slow and hesitant to take off

Will it go over 3000rpm in neutral? If so, it's some sort of fuel issue i.e failing fuel pump, clogged injector, fuel filter, etc

Assuming you mean 3000 rpm...if the engine has vtec then it could be the vtec solenoid is not getting proper power (voltage) from possibly being unplugged or damage wires. Also, check the engine oil, low oil will prevent the Vtec solenoid from engaging. You may need to remove the Vtec solenoid and clean it and the gasket screen/filter with brake cleaner spray.

Check engine light on? If so go get the codes pulled (parts stores usually do it for free). It will greatly help in troubleshooting.
