Low power when engine warms up.

Hello, i have a problem with my Civic es5 1.6 manual with D16W7 engine. Many years now i have noticed that when engine warms up has les power than when it is cold as i start it. When i have 2nd gear for example when cold and around 2k rpm if i press the pedal 30% I get stuck in the seat and it is very immediate to the gas response. Instead when hot it is not so strong and has les power to stuck me in the seat at the same statements at the same road. Also i have notice that the engine at low rpm up to 3000 rpm (may be at all the range but here i have noticed it) when it is cold sounds much more "strong" in contrast hot. Before 8 months i change the main fuel filter and the pre filter and i have notise significant increase in power and smoothness of the engine (the main filter was in very bad codition it has about 185k km) and this difference between cold and hot power was reduced. Ηowever it is noticable for me and i want to have the full power of my engine. Aslo i have to say that I bought the car in 2010 with 118k km and now has 191k km and never has engine light on on my hands and any other issue (car starts up imediatle even cold or hot at any ambient temperature and idling is stady) but i dont have never done valve adjustment and im thinking if they have tightened and is the power lack from here when hot.
