I had to break off the intake because a coil pack bolt fell down the shoot. Then I realized the egr was dirty af, so I cleaned that. I probably disassembled the throttle body too much. Now, I have a handful of springs and washers and spacers and have no idea how it goes back together. I'm losing it!

Also, I have the service manual for my car and it doesn't indicate at all how to reassemble all of this stuff, so help is much appreciated!

Here are some pics I found of a hybrid throttle body. Service manual doesn't disassembling that far so no help there. I have a non-hybrid throttle body at home I can pull apart, I imagine it is fairly similar. If no one else can help or you don't figure it out by this afternoon I can do that.

Hey thanks! I'll be doing some wrenching today, so we'll see how it goes. Maybe I can get something to look and feel right going by those pics. But if not, and you feel like giving me a step by step, that would be cool! Like I said, I shouldn't have just gone pulling stuff out and apart like I did. Didnt expect it to just shoot apart either.

I've only had this one civic, but the ones on YouTube vids looked totally different. Now it all makes sense
