Exclamation 2005 Honda Civic Muffler vibration

Hey everyone, I am new to this forum, but need some help...
I bought a 2005 Honda civic which I absolutely love from a great friend of mine. Car is in mint condition however recently I have been experiencing an issue with my car and don't know what could be the problem. My car runs pretty good however I noticed yesterday that the muffler shakes and it makes it seem like the whole engine is shaking as well, I just dropped my son off at school and when I came back home I backed my car into the driveway and I accelerated on the gas, as soon as I let go of the gas pedal the car shut itself off, another issue I have been having is when I go to turn the car on, it struggles to turn over and I have to keep holding the key in the ignition until it officially turns the car on which takes maybe anywhere from 15-30 seconds to kick in and start. Any idea what could be wrong with my car??? someone please help.... Thanks
