Cracked Manifold on 2004 Civic LE
Last August after a regular service, my Honda sevice advisor told me that I have a cracked exhaust manifold. Today, today I was told the same thing. I have been driving it daily since then and cannot hear anything. Is it possible to have a cracked manifold and not be able to hear it?

I had one and i only noticed it when i removed the heatshield. It was a hairline crack. Took it over to a local welder and he welded it for me.

Was it welded while still on the car, or did you have to remove it?

I had to remove it. It's pretty easy to remove.
