what I did and I would recommend too is to replace the valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals, both drive belts, water pump, timing belt tensioner, crank pulley, cam and crank seals (I didnt do those cause I forgot). it seems like alot but everything I replaced came off during the change so I replaced it. the tensioner never came off but I wont risk using an old one and having it fail soon after.

just the crank pulley. because over time the rubber on the balancer deteriorates. it may not be bad, but at $60 or so, I went ahead and did it. I also meant the cam seal.
