Fuel pump yellow/green wire not getting Voltage [solved]

Fuel pump yellow/green wire not getting Voltage [solved]
Honda Civic VII 1.7 CDTI 2005

Just like in title. Fuel tank capacity meter is working. Pump does not pump any fuel. Where to look for? I cannot find working manual or wiring diagram link unfortunately://

Problem solved. Cut rubber pipes around hand pump near fuel filter. Topic closed, thank you
