Turn Signal Flashing?
Turn Signal Flashing?
2003 Civic LX. Woke up this morning to my left turn signal flashing. Left only, front and rear. No key in ignition. Jiggled stalk, no change. Flashes with a consistent pattern, like it normally does when being used.
Happened last night also. Figured it had something to do with the extreme cold. Hooked battery back up yesterday to drive the car, didn't have any problems while driving it. Came home, parked it. Signal seems to come on hours later.
Weird. Thoughts?

Re: Turn Signal Flashing?
Pulled relay Mitsuba FR-3321. Says made in china, and felt very cheaply made. I would think this car would have USA, CAN, or Japan made relays. Honda calls for Mitsuba 38300-S9A-003. Seems like relay I pulled could be aftermarket.
Swapped in a Mitsuba FR-3319, (Japan) from my buddies RSX. Both cars have identical fuse panels. Been a few hours, signal hasn't started flashing. Fingers crossed.
