Battery light flickering

Battery light flickering
2001 honda civic lx sedan 230,000 miles
Just replaced the alternator and my battery light is already flickering again after about 2 hours of driving. What could be happening?

What brand is the alternator? These tend to not like aftermarket alternators, at least cheap ones.

Check alternator mounting bolts. There are three (not including the wingnut) and all need to be tight.

the other could be loose grounds from installation, or a rodent got under and chew wires, etc
