Big oops

So I hit my 2004 Honda Civic with 24 volts and it blew my light bulbs and is a no crank no start right now anyone know anything?
I replaced the bulbs as well.

I checked fuses and relays and they all come out good but when I turn the key one relay clicks on and off fast I’m thinking it’s a ground issue but I wanna see if anyone knows anything else before I check all the grounds

check also for burned wires, although what burns them is amperage, not voltage

If you can't see anything obvious and you don't know how to diagnose electrical, just take it to a shop.
