Hazards work on left, but not right

My hazard lights flash properly on the left; but on the right the headlight, taillight, and arrow on the instrument cluster are all not flashing. The turn signals work.

Check the hazard relay in the Under-Dash Fuse/Relay Box. It is the big square one marked R4.

Thanks @NDNV for looking up the diagram. I replaced the relay, but still have the same problem. :/

Next check the hazard warning switch for failure and its connections.

Which reminds me that my illumination bulb in this switch has been out for awhile. Need to pop the audio unit console out to do it.
