05 Honda Civic

I just recently lost my tail lights in my 05 civic. The brake lights, hazard lights and turn signals all work and the spoiler light works with the brakes. I've check all fuses, both under steering wheel and under hood and I didn't see any blown fuses. I didn't see any breakage in any of my wiring. At least I didn't notice. I also changed the bulb. Did I miss anything? Any advice would help. Thanks

Switch? Try jumping the contacts, there may be a relay, I'm not sure

Do your headlights work?
Do your dash lights work when the headlights are turned on?

Re: 05 Honda Civic

You are referring to the outer tailights and not the trunk tailights? Or both?
The outer brake light bulbs are a dual-filament bulb for both functions as brake and taillights. Check that both filments in the bulbs are OK.
The trunk tailights are single filament.

I'm referring to the outer light. The lights that are on at same time as the head lights at night time. I bought new bulbs thinking it was blown but same problem exist.

Re: 05 Honda Civic

So the same spot as the brake light? As @NDNV suggested check both filaments. It's possible the bulbs you bought are only single filament.

@BrotatoChip that's exactly what I did. I bought a single filament bulb and not a double filament bulb. Went to autozone and bought some and fixed the problem. Thanks all for your time and knowledge.
