i have over 10000 miles on my car and when i was driving i had about a 1/4 left of gas then the needle went down to empty all of a sudden. Then about ten min later i sarted the engine and the needle said a 1/4 left. what could be wrong?[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]

If you search you will find that alot of civic owners experienced this problem in the past. My gas gauge would be half full then suddenly drop to E and such. Just yesterday I when I started up my car after putting in a full tank, my meter just wouldnt point anywhere near F. I called the Honda dealer before and they told me the car would have to stay for half to a full day to diagnose the problem. Now I just keep track of mileage and ignore the gas gauge.
