H & R Sports - Worth it?

I was wondering if anybody here has H&R Sports on their car? I hear it's a 1.3 inch drop all around. My price is $310 + gst and $200 for install. Worth it?

Also, I have a new Neuspeed upper strut bar waiting for me at Matrix in Edmonton. I had an OBX bar, but since I installed a CAI I had to bring the Neuspeed in. Neuspeed just started releasing them to Canada. Again.....Worth it?

Thanks ppl!

The OBX I got for $130 + tax....Blue Polished....you're gonna need to do some modin to get it in though. One of the brake fluid thingys (beside the right strut when you look toward the car) is in the way. I bent the tab on the bracket and moved it 1.5 inches down. Fits right in and looks sexy. The Neuspeed is about $220 taxes in. I don't need to mod the brake fluid thingy and it fits my CAI well.

Icey....I don't have the luxury of 15 tuner shops in my city. Edmonton blows a$$ when it comes to aftermarket stores. I'm getting the springs from a local store and havin the dealer put them in.

dret.....we'll talk about the OBX.....

it looks like that because 1) that was a few weeks after i got it installed so it hadnt settled yet. 2) the oem kit makes it look a lil funny, my front bumper is 6" off the ground, while the rear is 8" at the lowest (right behind the wheel) and 3) the ground was sloped a bit

its finally settled so there is barely any gap in the back, 1-2 fingers

Cisco, I bought H&R and had Matrix install them. Costed me $350 to install! So, I would suggest against it! I can probably have them installed in half the time and I've already done 2 jobs. I took my springs out and I help installed Asianprides coilovers. So, I have all the necessary tools required to do both. However, I would suggest installing the springs and new struts(Koni yellows) at the same time. You will blow your struts when you lower it, so, just save the time and hassle over it and replace them both. Whats your e-mail address by the way? Lots faster to respond to you.

Hey Blown....

Thanks for the reply....I was wondering where you been! Anyways...you can email me at EMAIL ADDY.....

I got a sweet a$$ deal on some Tein's springs. $250 for the springs and $200 installed. I don't know whether to DIY the springs (Looks a lil tough)....or get a shop to do them. I pick up the springs in October.....I just bought a new strut bar.....Neuspeed.....looks sweet and I can tell the difference. I went down to Groat Road last night and pulled 85 kph peak in some of the turns. Now all I need to do is lower the car and get my exhaust....the AEM CAI needs a little help in the low end rpm.....hopefully a Magnaflow cat-back will help....thats $730 installed at Yellowhead Honda and I think $690 at Matrix.....Dieter said thats the lowest price for them....I'll keep looking.....

Oh....btw.....the reason why I mentioned Earl's is because I work at one....so I got hook ups.....
