I would like to buy an Air intake from Ractive. I found one.
Do you think it's compatible with 2002 SI-G engine. does fit well or do I need to buy the one for the civic 2002
does anybody knows about the civic engine proportion.
Anybody having experience with Ractive Intake experience. Is it worthed or not
Should I buy this yes or NO
Thanks

Why not a Ractive parts
Does anybody knows where I can get an Air Intake that fits my car and not too expensive.
What part is the most recommended and what is the price range.
question 2
Any 7th gen meeting coming soon?
Because I would like to get some advises on the car modification.
Thanks so much

Correct me if i'm wrong.....
d15y8 and d17 engines are different....... meaning the parts will not bolt-on or fit without cut/extended piping........
Go with INJEN or AEM

yes it will fit man,
thats the one almost everyone uses for a short ram ..u just have to cut a little bit out it to make it sit in.
the filter from ractive u shouldnt really use. u should buy a race filter or a K&N one.

I am not too familiar with Air intake. So I will be going shopping in richmond next saturday for one that fits the civic 2002 well.
I don't know how to cut it out. A lot people says that Ractive intake doesn't have a good reputation.
Thanks

you can get the 2000 Civic DX short ram (Tenzo R) and cut it... that'll run you about $95.00 -- but that's a short ram.
If you're getting the CAI, get the Injen or AEM like everyone else said. As far as installation goes, it's pretty straight forward. I installed mine myself, the hardest part is cutting the little piece of rubber by the wheel well. Hard, not because it's complicated but hard because you gotta cut a piece out of your baby. Otherwise, everything should go smoothly.
Good luck bro!
