where to buy aftermarket parts in canada or edmonton
Hi all, im from the edmonton area and i just purchased a 2002 honda civic lx sedan. i am already planning on getting 17 inch rims, putting a spoiler on, ground effects, and a different front bumper. i have the exchange rate from the states so im wondering where in canada or even edmonton is a good place to buy honda accessories?

Thanks man,
the only problem with Calgary is that it is a 1000 km round trip as im 1.5 hrs northwest of edmonton so if anyone knows of a good place in edmonton let me know. thanks

i usually find that stuff in the mall is insanely expensive, i wonder if they move on their prices at autotoyz
i also wonder what j.b's powercentre carriers for parts for our cars.

JB's doesn't have a lot. I mean...they have a bit, but really, not many places have a lot for our cars. JB's can pretty much order anything in though.....i got my altezzas through them.....they're decent i guess. I wouldn't really recomment Autotoyz.....from what i saw they're hella expensive. EZ motorsports has a few things but they're kind of shady. I'd stay away from there too. Phat Racing....i think its called....just off the yellowhead.....they're pretty decent. Check them out. Also Aero on 50th street is alright...been there a couple times. I dunno man, i guess it all depends what you're looking for?
if you are looking for 17" rims, goto 1010Tires. they are located in Vancouver, u won't have to pay US prices. if you are not looking for name brand rims, check out the Motegi rims. they look good and are cheap compared to name brands. if you need parts for your car, try Contemporary Motor Sports. they are willing to haggle, and they are located in Calgary.

I find Autotoyz a lil' too expensive...
I would go to StreetGearImports on the northside of edmonton
Ez Motorsports in China town (a lil' shady)
or my fav place... Eh Electronics on the southside of edmonton... they'll get kits.. front bumpers and stuff for you for a good deal...
my girlfriend just got me a www.7thgencivc.com sticker so look for me on the streets of etown!

The 2 best places to get rims in Edmonton are Fastech Tires and Matrix Motorsports. I have looked around at a lot of places and for customer service, I recommend Fastech! They do the best job installing rubber on expensive rims without scratching them.
As for parts, JBs is not a bad place for bulbs, stereos, and domestic car parts. You can haggle with them easily but they don't carry very much and you have to order what you want.
I don't like EZ motorsports and I don't recommend them at all!
I still like Matrix Motorsports being the best place in Edmonton for parts, they have a lot of stock on hand and they can get anything you want. As for prices, they will price match other companies in Edmonton and they are cheaper than a lot of them. The best thing is that they work out of Mayfield Toyota, so, nothing about them is shady!
