hmmm....u can get some skunk2's for $450 @ RMP Racing, or goto Impressions and get some generic brand they sell. i spoke with them there, and they claim that they compared skunk2's and a generic brand they sell....conclusion was that they were exactly the same...they said u will pay more for name brands...just like buying clothes. i have heard this from others as well.

also, keep in mind that it snows a lot in calgary, if you don't want to be a "snow plower", then i would suggest getting coil-overs. i know someone with a 1.5" drop on their integra, and it settled to 2" all around, and he says he can drive a lot of times in the winter cause it's too low. just my 2 cents.

if i were you, i would wait, and save up for a "ground control/konis/ingalls" combo, or wait for till some "real coil-overs" come out, like the "tein Super Street Damper".

Yeah but if he is trying to find something now...and instead of waiting for something awesome like Tein...then go for GC's cuz man...I have them at the top notch on the sleeve..and well they are low....but just high enough that my kit...wont die this winter..hahaha....cuz up here in E-Town...the roads are gonna be hell....My GC's are a little bit bumpy..but not to worry....just install your old springs or something when your struts blow...and well...take it back to honda and claim warranty...hahaha....just do that untill you can afford some KONI's...that is what I will do....I think I am just going to do...my front 2 struts with KONI's and save for the back 2.....I am not sure how to install the front..struts...but I will learn....

Just like I learned with a buddy of mine...how to install my GC's.....btw...you wont need to get a camber kit...unless you drop it reall low...cuz my GC's are fine...and I didn't even have to cut my perch....cutting the perch is BS.....Well if you go with GC's which I recomend...then...you can drive up here..and I will do the install for you for like....$100 o.b.o.....

And the best generic brand suspension system for your car...is your STOCK one...

try calling Impressions. last time i remembered, they were hella cheap. oh yah...just remember, your ride will be hella bouncy once ur shocks/struts blow. plus, if u slam it, ur camber will be f!cked in the rear(tucked into the fender well). i still suggest you save up and do it right. (install all at once -> coil-over/shocks/camber kit). saves you more money in the end, with less headaches.

just my 2 cents.

call them...last time i talked to them(months ago), they said $200-250. but call them. also, u might want to check with autodream. they have "dropzone" coil-overs for $350...they are willing to haggle. spoke to the new owners today. said they will have some kind of big sale comming up to get rid of all those "rice boy" mods they sell. but hey, they might sell u some cheap coil-overs. who knows. u should see the new owner's "Silvia Conversion"...damm sweat...has turbo too. looks nothing like anyone elses car in town.
