SPOTTED! WOODIES.......

k yesterday around 730 at woody's pub. black 2k1 civic si *i think* was lowered and had what seemed to be enkies. nices rims but no lock nuts.had no exaust but did have chrome tip. inside was very outrageously dirty and had a little teddy bear on the seat.it also had tint urz?
i put a note on it though sayin
