Almost definitely. A side angle would confirm it but that thing appears to be destroyed.

yeah I was thinking it would be. There isn’t anything on the sides really. It’s just my rear end is pushed in bad. On the side there’s no rubbing or anything. I’m guessing my frame is wrecked though

Is my car totaled?
The insurance company will decide.

Re: Is my car totaled? Rear ended

Insurance company will decide, their decision won't be if it can or can't be fixed, but based on the estimated cost to repair vs. their decided value of the car.

Then if totaled it it can be fixed/rebuilt it will likely go to an auction and be purchased, rebuilt and sold to some unsuspecting person with rebuilt title.
